The Museo Novecento Exhibition Emanuele Becheri. Sculptures and Drawings explores the borderland where two expressive means meet, where, as the artist observed, “the gesture od drawing coincides with that of sculpting”. This catalogue looks at the creative process that guided Becheri’s poetics, a layered journey focused on the relationship between  matter, autorship and artistic action. The exhibition, which includes more than 100 sculptures and drawings, is distinguished for its variety of display approaches, including dialogue between Becheri’s work and pieces by 20th-century masters in the museum’s permanent collection.
